Products Description

YYF medium pressure blower adopts centrifugal structure, has aluminum alloy and cold-rolling steel two kinds of materials for the housing and impeller with the advantages of light weight, fashionable style, large wind flow and low noise. Applicable to be used in smelting or equipped with oil melting furnace and kitchen equipment, inflation and pressuring facility. Also used with Industrial boiler, machine for plastic products or other equipment that needs air blasting. The environment with non causticity air, non inflammable and explosive air, and the temperature of air must be below 80°C.

Form of Blower

YYF series air blower is designed as aluminum housing and cold-rolling steel housing, have 180W, 250W, 370W, 550W, 750W, 900W, 1100W, 1500W, 2200W and 3000W, total 10 models for customers to choose. Air outlet angle location for the blower is 0°.

 Structure of Blower

Aluminum housing air blower consists of air outlet, aluminum impeller, aluminum housing and motor. Cold-rolling steeling housing air blower consists of cold-rolling steel air outlet, cold-rolling steel impeller, cold-rolling steel housing and motor.

Impeller: boundary for blades of impeller is semi-open type, the surface is processed by file finishing, the impeller is adjusted by static balance and dynamic balance, and it has the characteristics of good aerodynamic performance and run stable.

Housing: Adopt aluminum alloy casting arc air inlet, the housing is convergence streamline over-all structure, fixed in front shroud with bolts. The volute of housing adopts new type noise elimination structure, has good performance for noise elimination.
