3.Order process:
A. Inquiry: send us JPG file and gif animation file, order quantity and other detals. If customers don't have a gif animation, we'll create one by our experience, and send back to customers for confirmation.
B. Quotation: we will quote according to exact size, flashing effect, order quantity.
C. Price and other details confirm.
D. If order is confirmed, we will prepare invoice or contract for customers.
E. Customers send high resolution picture (at least 300DPI), better in AI ,CDR format, JPG and PDF are also ok.
F. Payment: start production upon receiving bank receipt.
G. Delivery.

It's made of 3 parts:
1.power plug which provides the power.
2.inverter(also called programmed IC) which controls the sequences of its animation; 3.EL panel which has some conducted luminescent materials and circuits inside, when it is plugged with the power, and under the control of the inverter, then it shows an animated flashing effect which can customizable by customer.
