Main application and features
Definition of Press Brake: a machine used in cold-forming metal sheet or strip into a desired cross section or structural shape. Normally, with one bending, metal sheet could be bend into cross section. With several bending, it can get complex sectional sharps. It is wildly used in machinery, light industry, automobile, shipbuilding, container, crane, building construction, metal construction, lamppost and electrical post, and so on.
The machine can bend the longer size sheet with high accuracy.
The machine adopts advanced hydraulic and electric control system. Top Dead Point and Mute Point of the ram adopt electric control, with convenient and reliable adjustment. You can choose proper position based on the technique requirements of bended sheets.
The machine has pressure-returning function.
The pressure gauge sends signal out and let the ram return when bending pressure reaches given pressure. (Using special pressure gauge as sensor)
