PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The working disk is inserted into the working table which made the external appearance pleasant at sight and the operation easier to handle.
Adopted the fully enclosed type case so that distortions, which happen under the condition of heavy load, can be avoided.
GEAR, GEAR SHAFT, WORKING DISK, STOP GAUGE and PILE HEAD are made of high quality alloy steel which has undergone the required heat treatment (quenching, tempering or high frequency), this is in order to make sure that the important components can ensure reliable operation also under heavy load conditions and guarantee long-lasting working life.
Totally adopt bearing type featured with flexible movement and long working life.
Unlike normal benders, there is no need to add lubricant frequently on to the main bearing sliding bush, just pour enough lubricant before using, definitely convenient on usage and maintenance.
The AUTOMATIC model adopt the Brake Motor and the insert-pin type location disk which gives convenience of the radius adjustment and high accuracy of the bending angle also after stopping and restarting.
The stop gauge can be installed from four different corners to realize the requirement of putting steel bar from various directions.
The articulated type motor is convenient and fast to adjust.
