The robust frame is fabricated from solid steel plates with heavy cross ribbing to main housing for perfectly balanced distribution of stress over the cross section eliminating deflection and vibration and thus improving die and machine life.     Applications: 

Hydraulic sheet metal bending are used to bend and fold metal by pressing it with a V-shape-die. Hydraulic presses are designed for both specialized sheet metal work and continuous production applications. They can handle tough industrial production jobs from single-cycle operations to automated cell components.   Hydraulic Press brake tooling is used in cold-forming metal sheets or strips into desired sections. Hydraulic press brakes are utilized to eliminate marking aluminum, stainless steel and pre-coated steel.
