Producing Process

  

The platform of  sample verification used before mass production in every main processure:

The main description of normal hotel furniture:

1.The main material, including

a) the kiln-dried Malaysian oak wood for the frame, the MDF laminated various kinds of 0.6mm thickness wood veneer;

b) the good quality fabric or PU;

c) the high density foam padding;

d) the famous joint-venture brand name “Xinghui” of the hardware accessories;

e) the environment-friendly and famous brand name Taiwan “DABAO” PU and PE lacquer.

2. Craft:

a) Double dowelled joints with blocks glued and screwed, the joints are tight and uniform before shipment;

b) All exposed surface is consistent in color and quality after being painted.

3. Package:

2mm thickness EPE film + "L" shape for the corner protection+ K=K strong carton box.

4. Custom-made service:

Detailed requirement is to be discussed. (OEM or ODM service and designed idea are offered)
