COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Shandong Jinxiang Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, holding three subsidiary companies: Aluminum profile company, Window and Door company, and PVC company. Jinxiang has become one of the largest enterprises specialized in production of aluminum building profiles and pvc profiles, and now has an annual production capacity of 60,000tons of aluminum profiles and 10,000 tons of pvc profiles.

RAW MATERIAL

In order to assure the stability of high quality, the material used for extrusion are all A00 and above ingot, we never use aluminum waste or recycled ingot.

EXTRUSION

We bought 20 sets of Misubish extrusion lines of 2500-500 tons from Japan, being capable to extrude from Φ70 to Φ200 diameter aluminum profile.

ANODIZING AND ELECTROPHORETIC COATING

Jinxiang anodizing production line is built with full automation with controlling the temperature as well as the precise control time throughout the whole anodizing process to assure perfect quality.

POWDER COATING

Advance powder coating line from GEMA of Switzerland, meanwhile, we make the profiles by the weatherproof powder dopes of AKZO, and we guarantee for at least 15 years warranty for our production.

THERMAL BREAK

Jinxiang is equipped with the advanced thermal break equipments to make high quality profiles, supplying energy-saving and environment-protecting profiles.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Jinxiang is equipped with advanced testing equipment to perform various tests to ensure high quality of production before delivery. And we adopt the quality control system controlling from raw materials to out-going delivery of production.
