1. MOQ For most items, the minimum order quantity is 500pcs/Item/color. And for some hot items available from stock, it can be as low as 50pcs/item/color.

We have our own mold workshop and develop mold by ourselves.Our sales team would work with technicians and designers to give you best solutions and finish the project on schedule. The minimum order quantity for customized products and material is varied from 1000pcs to 3000pcs or even more. We always respect our customers’ copyright or business secrets.
9. Customized Pacakging Yes, we have in-house designers and we can help you design packaging. Minimum order quantity is 3000pcs to 5000pcs per design.
10. RMA policySometimes the goods doesn’t arrive in good condition during the shipment. If there is any product defect, please inform us within 30 days from the day receiving the goods.
