Product Application:
Water-based leather coating system
Silok®9180 is suitable for top grade water-based leather coating system, it can give excellent smoothness feeling, anti-stickness for leather surface, It can increase the black gloss, meanwhile improve the abrasion resistance for the coating.
· Other water-based coating system
Silok®9180 is also suitable for water-based wood paint, water-based printing ink, water-based textile coating, water-based latex paint, water-based plastic paint, water-based metal baking, and so on, it can provide the most excellent smoothness feeling, anti-stickness and abrasion resistance; meanwhile it can be used for feeling agent to flame plating to the substrate of plastic, rubber and leather directly to increase feeling and anti-stickness after diluting it into 100-200 multiples.
Application Method:
Silok®9180 feeling, marproofing agent can be added during or after the producing process, but it need to be assured uniformly dispersed completely; the typical addition is 0.3%-3.0%, it can be added directly but need to be uniformly dispersed with highspeed.
Use Restrictions:
This product is untested or stated to be adaptable to medical or pharmaceutical.
