1=ACCEPTED SAMPLES OEM/ODM SERVICES:
1) we can make the samples according to customer’s samples or designs.
2) Our designer team can finish the samples timely, the exact sample delivery time depends on the total sample qty you need, usually in 7 working days for 1-2 styles.
3) If customized/personalized logo needed on the samples, such as metal plate, zipper puller, the buyers have to pay for the relative model fee.
4) We not acceptable free sample. The sample cost is usually about USD 100, except leather bag need USD 200
(When you order, we will return back the fee to you)
2=QUOTATION TERMS:
We usually do FOB, EXW trade terms .etc.
3=PACKAGE TERMS:
1 silica pearl/bag, 1pcs/1 PE bag,some pcs/ctn,depend on customer's requirement.
4=DELIVERY TERMS:
mass production will be finished for 45-65 days after your approval order.
5=PAYMENT TERMS:
1) T/T, 30% deposit before mass production, the balance before shipment.

6=SAMPLE AND MASS PRODUCTION:
1) We will send PROFORMA INVOICE to you when the order is confirmed.
2) We will start to have mass production when 30% T/T deposit received and confirm our sample.
3) Quality is under the control and supervision during the production.
4) Packing information will be offered when the production is finished.. It is very important for you to inform us if the forwarder is indicated by you or by sellers
