Introduction:
ZX7 MMA inverter DC arc welding machine allows welding stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel and other nonferrous metals.
The design and development of Inverter technology used in our welders allows for the high power output with its solid state MOS-FET (Metal Oxide Semi-conductor Field Effect Transistor) or IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor). With high quality TRANSISOTR output components, these welding units can function with a HF (high frequency) of 100KHz, thus reducing the size and weight of the main components (transformers).
The application of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology enables the concentration and stability of the output current (Amps), and make the current control much more precise and convenient. The unique structural design enables the disassembly and maintenance easy, and minimizes EMI.
In comparison of traditional welding equipment, ZX7 has more advantages, as it is smaller, lighter in weight, higher in power exchange rate etc.
