Cable Bolt
Tightlok Cable Bolt is made of high strength steel wire, the matrtial grade is 1860MPA. Compared with the common rock bolt ,Tightlok Cable bolt could provide higher tensile strengthmanti-shearing capacity and incomparable bending capacity, which could prevent the latera; movement of strata.Usually be used in the area where common grouted support is vacant or inadequate,and especially good for permanent ground support with some resin cartridge.
Cble bolt has plain cable bolt and buld cable bolt.
Features

3.The bulbs can be modified in frequency and diameter based on customer's request, the diameter is 21mm-38mm.
4. Plain or bulued options available, bulbs available at either 0.5m or 1m spacing,
5.Available in single strand or twin strand,
6.Fish hooks fitted to top of cables for retention prior to grouting.
7.Resin could be applied for immediate point anchorage and grout for permanent support.

Installation Guide
1. The nature of ground must be evaluated.
2. Drill a hole in the area according to bolt diameter, bolt length. The length of holes is 200mm-500mm shorter than the bolt.
3,Attach a breather tube to the full length of the bolt. Breather tube protrudes about two meters from the hole mouth .
4.Attach about one meter of grout tube to the end of the cable bolt with sufficient tail provide to connect to the pump.
5.Insert the cable bolt and seal the hole mouth to eliminate lose of grout when pumping,
6,Connect the grout tube to pump and place the breather tube into a container of water;when start to pump, we will see the air bubbles exhausted from the breather tube in the water container,when the hole is full of grout, air bubbles will disappear.
7.Tension the cable bolt sfter the grout has cured.
