Laminated by aluminum film (VMPET), PE and paper; it is an ideal damp proof and insulation for food packaging bags and wraps.

Structure

This product is 4-in-1 laminated material, and the structure is listed as below:

1st layer: aluminum film (aluminum metalized PET film);

2nd layer: PE (to glue aluminum film and white paper);

3rd layer: white paper (kraft paper and glassine paper are also available);

4th layer:  PE (for hot sealing and extra protection).

Features and Usage

It is a fine and stable composite insulation material with high efficiency of preventing heat and light by means of radiant reflection. Meanwhile, it is also an excellent barrier against water and oil. The material can be tailored and made into different products like paper bags, envelopes or other outer packing.
