Warranty Policy

1.Warranty period:10 months from receipt date.

2.Extent of liability

We promise to repair or change turbo for broken report below:

1)     turbine shell scratch;

2)     oil leak etc. caused by manufacturing faults.

 In this case, we will send repair kit or new chra or new turbo to customer for free!!!freight is bored by buyer!!!

3.Exception from liability

We refuse to be responsible for broken report below:

1)impeller broken for foreign matter entering reason;

2)shaft break,etc.caused by wrong installation and using reason.

In this case,we will send repair kit or new chra or new turbo (for Charge)according to customer’s request.

4.Broken report

Detail broken description and photos are needed to be sent to the seller to analyze reason and discriminate responsibility.
