Vibration absorbing flexible hose(star products):
1) ISO9001, ISO2004, CE and ETL Certificated;
2) Four times of welding on each end: no leakage; Solder is infiltering into the Joint: durability;
3) Melting point of Solder Materials(special designed): 1000°C, That of common ones are 800~900°C;
4) Can be mended by solder materials if Welding Joint melt during installation (welding), Thus the scrapping of the Hose can be completely avoided even in some exceptional case.
Shield vibration absorber is designed to be installed in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to reduce vibration in the transmission of compressor-induced vibration through tubing.1. Shield vibration absorber is produced of deep pitch corrugated tube for increasing flexibility and vibration absorption, covered by high tensile wire braided for superior strength;2. The tube and braid are reinforced by ferrules at each end, and connected with a female copper tube end by high temperature of brazed alloys;
3. Hoses and copper tubes both are brazed; Completed physical and chemical analysis for basic components.
