Pass box is the equipments of clean room and clean factory, 

can have air lock function, obstruct air convection between clean rooms.

Work principle and usage

The 2 doors of pass box are controlled by interlock machines which make the 2 doors can not open at the same time, so as to stop the air convection between clean rooms.

Structure

    The internal of the pass box use the stainless steel as material, which can availably avoid rusty. Two doors adopt the interlock machine lockage.

Installation and usage

a. For newly- installed pass box, before use should have the process to clean the work area.

    b. When the product needs to be carried into the clean room, open the door to get into the pass box, close the door and then the second door can be opened; After the product leaves the pass box, the second door will close. On the contrary , when needs to leave the clean room, also as long as open the door to get into pass box, close the door, then the outside door can open and after the product leaves pass box close the second door
