For silicone profiles, the range of the hardness is 35-80 Shore A. Silicone rubber has outstanding temperature resistance from -60°C to 180°C. Besides silicone rubber is innoxious. So silicone profiles are usually used as sealing parts in some places which need excellent temperature resistance.
