Product Introduction

The product is a water-borne one-pack acrylic ester emulsion for protective film which is carefully developed by experts home and abroad using numerous imported raw materials and imported abroad advanced emulsion polymerization technology. The water-borne emulsion for protective film is non-toxic, environmental friendly, has excellent strippable performance, strong cohesion strength of film, high transparency, no debonding, doesn’t leave on substrates and is applicable to produce protective film with high viscosity. Compared to two-pack product, the one-pack product is easy to use, dries rapidly and has good ageing resistance, long durability and doesn’t have gel problems.

Application Process

1. The product is mainly applicable to PE protective film substrate etc. The product can be used for aluminum -plastic plate, aluminum profile, electronics, artificial stone and floor tiles etc. It also can be used for PVC and PET protective films.2. According to substrates, it is possible to prepare protective films with different stickiness by adjustment of coating thickness.3. It should not randomly dilute the product by addition of water to avoid affecting the product quality.

If the product can’t be used up after opening its package, tightly wrap the bag mouth to avoid surface film-forming. Don’t keep the product under sunshine and use the product with cationic auxiliaries.

Package and Storage

The products are kept in 50 kg or 150 kg plastic drums lined with plastic bags and stored in cool, ventilated places, preventing sunshine, burning and freezing. The storage period is a half year.
