Application:

It is usually used as the thermal conductive medium in electronic components to reduce the heat resistant of the contact surface, consequently reduce the temperature of the electric component.

Process and precautions:

l  Clean the surface to be coated to remove the oil contamination;

l  Uniformly extrude the heat conduction silicone grease to the surface;

l  Note that the coat of grease should be uniform;

l  Only a thin layer of grease is needed, a thicker layer do not provide high thermal conductivity.

Storage and transporting:

l  Store in the shady and dry area, the shelf life is 12 months under 25°C.

l  It is non-dangerous and can be transported as general chemicals.
