I. Products brief introduction
TY005 polyimide resin is one kind of matrix resin of advanced composite material. It mainly used as matrix resin of high temperature-resistance friction materials and mold pressing workpieces. It has excellent heat resistance and mechanical property, high compatibility with a variety of filler, and a good flexibility. It also can be used to produce high (low) temperature ¨C resistance solid self ¨C lubricating mechanical parts.
It can be dissolved in organic solvents (acetone) to produce enhancement preliminary dip material of fiber (glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc.). It has been widely applied in the field of high temperature ¨C resistance resin matrix composite materials.
As modifier of epoxy resin to resist heat, new type of epoxy resin with variety of heat ¨C resistant grades can be produced under different proportion conditions, to satisfy the heat- resistant performance of epoxy resin in different areas.
