Characteristics
It has good adhesive force, the cork products using this adhesive has good quality and stable properties, none toxicity and no formaldehyde. The main properties are as follows,
1 Curing or heat curing in room temperature, conveniently to use.
2 No solvent, no volatile harmful gas, which belongs to environmental protection adhesive, is the best substitution of ordinary (TDI) PU adhesive.
3 Keep the natural color of cork after curing, no odour, no toxicity, without putrefaction and moth.-eaten.
4 Excellent flowability, easily mix with cork granules. 5 The ware has excellent moistureproof, waterproof, oil proof, acid proof and alkali proof.
6 Flexible, elasticity and rigidity, it can suit to different product requirements.

Cast according to the suggesting ratio as table below, blending then make moulding finished products.

1 Ratio is according to the granules size of wood chips to adjust, the smaller the particles of wood chips, the more the amount of adhesive.
2 With mold temperature rised the demould time shortened, the actual opening time tested by actual user.
3 The pot life varied as the temperature and humidity varied, the higher the temperature and humidity, the shorter pot life.
4 Mold temperature with the thickness of products varied, the actual mold temperature is experimental verified by the actual users.
