            a.     Product description

            Fiberglass backing plate is specially made for making flap disc. The plate is made of the fiberglass                   which are specially woven and treated in our plant. Special sizes are available on request.

            b.     Main specification:

            Type: T27 (Flat), T29 (Convex)             Material: Fiberglass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin             Metal Ring: 1 or 2.             Layers: 4-13             Inner Diameters: 16.23mm or 22. 23mm (Tolerance: 0. 15mm)             Outer diameter: 75mm, 85mm, 95mm, 107mm. 118mm, 125mm,140mm, 170mm,178mm (Tolerance:                                           0.5mm)             Payment: L/ C or T/ T in advance.

            Packing: Each roll is wrapped in a polyethylene bag and put into cartons of different sizes according                              to their diameters. Cartons are placed on pallets, which are wrapped with plastic films of                                  two to three layers.

            a.     Composition and presentation

            This mesh is made of silence treated yarn. Then it is coated with phenolic resin and epoxy resin, the excellent             yarn guarantees the high strength for our mesh. And the wave of the mesh is of leno or plain according to                 demand. With high and stable strength, it is ideal base material for making the cut round piece for reinforcing             grinding and cutting wheels.
