* White color, high sphericity and smooth surface. * High toughness and shock resistance, but gentle with equipment and tools. * Low dust production. * Chemically inert,no metallic contamination (Fe2O3 < 0.1%). * Offering deeper layers of the substrate in shot peening process.
MAIN APPLICATIONS
* Cleaning and surface preparation(deburring,etching and cosmetic finishing …). * Shot peening to extend fatigue life, peen-forming and peen-straightening. * Effectively used in air or wet pressure blasting process and in wheel turbine machines.
