Our flocking mill locates Zhili town which located at east of Huzhou city 15kms. We possess 2 advanced flocking lines with a production capacity of 1-1.2 million mtrs of various flocked fabrics. From 2002, we have been supplying tricot with nylon flocking fabrics for Indian and South American market, and now we have expanded our sales to all over the world. We have several alternative specifications for your selections: 100%polyester FDY 50D24Fx50D24F tricot fabric as back fabric, do flocking on it, flocks can be 100% pure nylon, or mixed by nylon and viscose with different proportion of 70/30,50/50,etc. Readymade fabric have a soft and nice handfeeling, and the fastness of the flocks is very excellent. Width can be 54" and 58" after edge-trimming, width can be 54", 58" or 60". Packing: 25mtrs/roll fixed, use THERMO SHRINK WRAP of poly bags, high-resistant tubes.
