An annual output of 5,000 tons of new solvent regenerated bamboo fiber textile materials production line has successfully put into operation in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. New solvent regenerated bamboo fiber textile technology from the CAS Institute of Chemistry and Fujian Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd., joint research completed.

Introduction

Hongzhu fiber is a kind of cellulose fiber developed by CTRC-PD.The materil comes from natural bamboo.The produce process is as followings:bamboo- pulp-spinning-after treatment.

Bamboo viscose is produced by catalytic treatment,which increases the cellulose content from 35% to 93% and keeps the bamboo natural antibacterial property.
